NE Games operates volcanic-rush-play.com, a free social casino for adults 18+. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

If you create an account: username, email, and a locally-hashed password stored in your browser's localStorage. Automatically: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited via analytics. Contact form submissions include anything you type into it. We do not collect financial data because we never ask for payment.

Account data powers chip balances, VIP tiers, and daily bonuses. Analytics helps us improve the platform. Contact form data is used only to respond to your support request. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

HTTPS/TLS encryption on every connection. Passwords hashed client-side. Access controls restricted and reviewed regularly.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, trade, or exchange your personal information with any advertiser, analytics vendor, or data broker.

Your data transits the following technical processors, and only them:

• Cloudflare, Inc. provides TLS termination and DDoS protection at the network edge. Cloudflare observes request metadata (IP, User-Agent, URL) for security purposes; it does not see or retain form content.

All processors are bound by written data-processing agreements. Our application servers are operated within the European Union.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage for age verification, cookie consent, chip balances, and VIP tier. Analytics cookies track anonymized page views. Manage via browser settings or our cookie banner.

7. Your Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent statutes you may request data access, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent at any time. Account data is stored locally in your browser — clear localStorage to delete it.

8. Children's Privacy

Volcanic Rush is strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@volcanic-rush-play.com so we can delete it.
